We currently use Cryptocurrency (e.g BTC, BCH, LTC, XMR, etc.) as the main method of payment. While it may be inconvenient to use for the first time, it will always be reliable. When you checkout, make sure you have the funds ready to send.

If you would like to pay with crypto, the easiest way to obtain it is through an exchange. There are hundreds of exchanges, but notable ones include Coinbase, Paypal, Crypto.com and Revolut (may take 24h). If you would like to purchase through a decentralized exchange, there is also Bisq (BTC). It may take a little time to set up if you are using it for the first time, but it is quite easy for subsequent payments.

Depending on network congestion, crypto payments may take up to an hour to fully process. Normally payments are complete within 5 minutes. Sometimes cryptocurrency exchanges delay withdrawls which may make payment take a bit longer. If your payment is not confirmed after many hours, contact us.

PBIO Listings (e.g PBIO-4D) are our custom-named products. PBIO stands for PENCHANT BIO. Most of the time, we name compounds with our prefix if the compound is a custom product or has no professionally designated name. The only exception to this is PBIO-4D. PBIOs can be found here.

Our main focus is developing effective cognitive enhancers, notably molecules/combinations of molecules that the forebrain. We have high demand for some products, which means that they may run out. We've added stock tracking to make it more clear what products are low in quantity. We restock products as fast as possible, so please be patient. As we increase our catalog, products being out of stock will be a more rare occurance.

We put benzyl alcohol in some products as a method of sterilization. We notably do this for peptides and some molecules dissolved in water. Our standard concentration for vertical sprays is 0.8%.

It is ideal for most products to be stored in a dark, dry place as it extends lifepan. For peptides or products with the ❄! symbol, they should ideally be refrigerated if they will be stored for 1+ months. Reconstituted Aquilots/Vials should always be refrigerated unless noted otherwise.

Our products have a standard of ≥98% purity, and for natural/naturally-derived products the purity standard is ≥95%. We measure the purity with testing methods such as QNMR (Quantitative Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) and HPLC (High-performance Liquid Chromatography), which provide an accurate measurement of product purity. Analysis results can be found on product pages, and these are done with a third party, whose results can be verified by anyone who is interested.

We are able to provide competitive prices by purchasing in large volumes and through direct networking with suppliers. When we purchase materials in large quantities, we make novel compounds available at the lowest prices on the market, while also maintaining being profitable. We derive our prices from operational costs plus a margin which allows us to reinvest in the development of new products.

We have a total margin of error of ±5% for contituent volume & constituent potency (e.g mg/mL) for all products unless otherwise mentioned.
