Payments
We accept cryptocurrency such as BTC and others. We don't accept card payments, paypal etc. due to restrictions on payment processors. We are working on integrating more convenient payment processors.
We do not provide refunds at this time. However if you have a problem with your order, please contact us. More information about this can be found on our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Products
Most compounds we list do not need to be refrigerated. However, storing peptides specifically (e.g pinealon, semax) in a cold environment like a fridge can extend their lifetime, so it is recommended if you expect to store peptides for a while. Bottles featuring the snowflake symbol advise that refrigeration may extend the lifespan of the product.
Our products have a standard of 98% purity or above. For natural products, our purity % is a minimum of 95%. We do third party testing (normally QNMR or HNMR) to verify the purity of our products. Information about purity of products can be found on product pages. If a product has less than 98% purity, it will be mentioned on the product page.
We are able to provide competitive prices by purchasing in large volumes and through direct networking with suppliers. When we purchase materials in large quantities, we make novel compounds available at the lowest prices on the market, while also being a profitable business.
We derive our prices from operational costs plus a margin which allows us to reinvest in the development of new products.
Shipping
We send out products from our base of operations in Bulgaria, and this allows us to ship to most EU countries within 4-6 business days. Shipments sent to the US and UK take about 5-9 business days, and shipments elsewhere worldwide normally take within 8-14 days maximum unless the location is very far. We calculate shipping costs based on item weight, location and also included VAT for some countries.
We ship to most countries worldwide except for some rare exceptions. We ship within the EU meaning that there may be less customs issues for EU countries compared to a provider that is not within the EU Zone. Our proximity to other european countries means that shipping times and costs are as low as possible.
We provide all the needed documents for customs processing when sending out orders. Even when doing this, some countries' strict customs policies mean orders can be kept for no legible reason, even if the item is legal within the country. This is a rare occurance, but if it happens, let us know. For shipments to the EU or US, customs blocking shipments is unlikely.
Yes, you can change your address after order by contacting us. However, this must be done within a short time period, because of our short despatch times. If you want to change your address after you make an order, please do it as soon as possible.
All updates about your order/s are sent via email. If your order has tracking, then you should also recieve tracking info once dispatched. If you don't recieve tracking information for your order, please contact us.
